Queen Victoria of Great Britain (1819-1901) partiality to the Pomeranian popularized this minicing ball of fluff in England.
Making his American debut in the 1890's he has since
become one of the most popular of the toy breeds.
The Pomeranian weighs from 3 to 7 pounds and has a sharp-nosed fox like face, and a small pointed ears. It may be alomost any color from black to white, or even
organge. It has a soft fluffy indercoat and a long, thick topcoat with a frill around
his/her neck. It's tail is also thicky covered with hair which curls up over it's back.
